However, he took the time to test my battery and he even explained how the other three batteries worked. He made a recommendation of an additive that could help with my issue. I think he could tell I was a little nervous because of all the questions I asked but he stayed professional and patient with me the whole time. I will definitely come back for any auto needs. The other people working there were also very kind and professional.
