- LHLizbeth HundleyJan 24, 20251.0I have never been the type to tell anybody how to do their job or let alone say something like this. But the elderly lady who works at this store needs to be let go. I have literally witnessed the phone ring off the hook while her standing in front of it and purposely not answer, making the other employee to stop helping a customer they were already helping to answer. And I know AutoZone employee sometimes go outside to help the customer, but she literally volunteers the other employees to do the job when she was the one to help them out in the first place And I understand she’s elderly, but she would volunteer them to do something they probably don’t get paid to do. I have also heard her talk down to employees and customer. And speak to them as if they were kids and they didn’t know what they were saying/doing And I just think that’s very disrespectful because respect goes both ways . But why is she still working in retail if she isn’t gonna do the customer service part of a retail job???
