  Why would you stock junk? First rain with my new "Total Pro" wipers, when that sheet of rain and wind hit my windshield the driver side wiper came apart, at 60 mph on Highway 14 with fellow commuters all around me. I could not see squat!!! Leaned over to the passenger side as far as I could till I could safely pull over and swap the broke one with the good one. Stopped by A---zone to return it, but didn't have a rcpt, they keep track of other warranties but not these?!? Asked the manager if she'd seen anything like the busted wiper in my hand and she had. She said those wipers were garbage, sometimes breaking upon their (employee) installation. TAKE THEM OFF YOUR SHELVES!!! Stop selling them as they are a danger, and could kill someone!!! Not to mention when I walked up the manager was telling another customer on the phone they would not change their wipers due to being shorthanded but the other employee said he didn't want to get wet again after changing someone elses! Get an umbrella dude! I bought a cheap set of wipers because the last 30$ set didn't last a year, with several vehicles to support I trusted A---zone to provide reliable parts across the pricing spectrum, but was clearly naive to their true colors. I caught the manager LIE to customer and was a victim of their corporate greed, selling junk that we as a society shouldn't waste the earths natural resources on. I have several local options and another company that will deliver wipers along with the other parts the next day for free. I spend thousands every year at A---zones across the country, well used to anyway. Had she refunded my 13 dollars, I would have bought another set of quality wipers and just been thankfull I survived the "Total Pro" wiper incident...

  Joe S is a God send. He helped us tremendously with a battery issue and had excellent superior customer service. I will continue to Go to this store because of the professionalism and care they have for the community. Thank you Joe S, you are awesome.
