  I worked with Mr. Sebastian Gouin and had a phenomenal experience at University Ford in Durham, N.C. I had a tough situation because of some previous (severe) medical issues, yet I still needed a truck that I could both afford and be able to sit in for long periods of time without experiencing excruciating pain on my way to and from work, which is about a 75-minute drive each way. Sebastian sat down with me, and we went over exactly what models and what packages were a “nice to have” versus a “must have for my neck issues” versus what I really did not care too much about one way or the other. Sebastian then began to search for used trucks in my price range that met all of my requirements. A few days later, Sebastian called me, telling me they got the perfect truck in stock for me that was in my price range. Since the truck was at the upper end of my price range, he was able to work with me both on price and trade-in value(s). Since my problems occur on longer drives, Sebastian also allowed me to test drive the truck for as long as I needed to, and in rush hour traffic on my normal route home, in order to ensure this vehicle was the perfect fit for me. I truly consider this an example of Sebastian going above and beyond the requirements of his role. He actually cared that I was able to find a truck where I could easily afford the monthly payments, all while being able to make it back and forth to work each day and still have the ability to walk correctly and remain upright when I get back home from work. In other words, Sebastian truly cared about what I have been going through, and he did the best he possibly could to help me. Moreover, he did a phenomenal job. I have my dream truck, and I can drive it so much further than I could drive my previous truck without having to immediately go lay down when I get back home! In a world where it seems like so few people care about others, where it seems like so few people actually care about their jobs, it was extremely refreshing to have somebody there who actually cared what I was going through and was willing to be patient and help me out however he could. That is something that you do not come across nearly as often anymore. Thank you very much for all of your assistance, Sebastian — whenever I, a friend, or somebody in my family is in need of a new vehicle, I will be passing along Sebastian’s phone number to them and telling them to immediately call him!   We had a good experience shopping here. Our salesperson was Bobby and it was great working with him. Even after our purchase he was responsive and friendly. Everyone else we worked with was nice as well. No high pressure tactics or waiting games that are typical with dealers. The overall process was relatively quick as well. It took a couple of hours which is on the low side compared to most dealers (i.e. better) They didn't try to force any financing or extended warranties either.

  I rarely leave reviews online, but I have been very impressed with this dealership as a whole. Russell was a great sales rep to work with, sales leadership and finance were all extremely helpful as well (during and after the sales process). I had a recall that needed to be taken care of and my experience with the service team (Will) was very professional and timely. Worth the drive from Raleigh!

  Hugo at the Ford service counter was absolutely amazing. What could have been a very stressful day with a major car repair ended up feeling so much easier because of him. He was kind, supportive, and made the whole process move quickly and smoothly. I especially appreciated how promptly he communicated with me by text whenever I checked in. That level of responsiveness made a huge difference and helped me feel informed and taken care of the entire time. Hugo truly turned a stressful experience into a manageable one, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. Ford is lucky to have him.

  Simply an amazing experience! I went to Univeristy Ford just to see some broncos, Mavericks and Rangers. Sebastian was helping me. I have had several cars before from several dealerships. The experience Sebastian gave me was simply out of the sales and buying experience! He didn’t push, answered all the questions politely and treated with respect. He gave me so many options, and when it came to pricing, it didn’t match with his Manager and I left. Sebastian continued the conversations with text messages and I finally made up my mind to buy a car from Sebastian! I went back and that’s how I got my first truck! A hybrid maverick. I did t even test drive it 😁 When you are ready to buy your next car, go to University Ford and ask for Sebastian!
