- PPPranav Bellam PrasadApr 2, 20263.0Came in for a rear differential fluid service. The team was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to lift my car because it’s lowered. Have to give them full credit, they genuinely tried, using three different hydraulic lifts, but they still couldn't work it out. I would have liked to return for future services, but this is a limitation they may need to address, especially for customers with lowered vehicles.

This may have been the best Car Service experience I've ever had, and I'm OLD! Came in, got exactly what I needed, no up-sells, no fabricated issues that "needed addressed", polite, fast, done. John and Ashton were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back!

But Ashton was GREAT, he was FRIENDLY, GREAT communication about what was wrong sent pictures and videos. I will be a returning customer. Thank you again Ashton
- DNDevin NanikMar 27, 20265.0I pulled up 15 minutes before closing because my truck was overheating. They took me in anyways and Ashton got to work right away! It was not the easiest fix. Ashton had to replace the thermostat, flush the system several times, and replace the thermostat housing due to a leak. Ashton consistently gave me updates and even provided videos showing what was going on. I was back on the road in 24 hours and paid a very generous price. Thank you Ashton and the shop for the repair.

Although their rates are already pretty reasonable, my tech, Michael, gave me great recommendations based on what my car really needed, which saved me lots of money. The sitting area was clean and comfortable and my service was completed quickly. This is definitely going to be my new spot for car service going forward!
