  Woke up to a flat tire. Mr. Tire was able to get me in within 15 min. And had the tire repaired within 30 min! Excellent service and got me back on the road in record time!

  Once they started the service it was good! But I had an 1:00pm appointment! We were on time they did state they were behind about 20-40 min so my husband waited. They did not start till about 3:45 so I was late leaving to go out of town. They should have never booked the appointment! We had to stay because by then the tire was flat! Moving forward Mr Tires let customers know how long the wait is for real better yet don’t book an appointment you can’t for fill! We paid $423.71 total I asked could the discount for the extreme delay, they gave us $10 off! That didn’t even cover taxes and the other fees …. I’m just saying! What y’all think ??? $50 to $75 off for the waisted time I don’t know but more than $10 off😫

  I’ve been a customer of Mr. Tire since the mid-2000s and have had many vehicles serviced at various locations in the Triangle area of NC. The technicians are top tier and the customer service provided has always been excellent.

  I started coming here after Mavis over on Ellis jacked up my car. Initially, it seemed like a good experience. Subsequently, I reserved online a service several days in advance and had my appointment confirmed. When I arrived, I was immediately told my transmission fluid has to come from the dealer. I mean, transmission fluid. It seems like a pretty basic job. So, he’s continuing to check me in. I stated I was confused as to if they were going to get what they needed and do the work today. He said he couldn’t do it until Monday. Question one: Why didn’t they get what they needed several days ahead of time when I made the appointment for when I arrived? Question two: Why didn’t they tell me they didn’t have what was needed to do the job when I made the appointment several days ahead of time? Question three: Why are you continuing to put me in your computer when you can’t do the job and therefore wasting my time? Bogus! The guy checking me in showed apathy. So, now it looks like I need to go somewhere else to get my work done. By the way, I went straight to the dealership and got in and out right away.

I’ve never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need — they focus on what’s best for my vehicle and treat me like family. James and Javier have both been absolutely amazing to work with. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure everything is taken care of the right way. That level of trust and customer care is hard to find these days.
