  I drove from Knoxville to Durham in my husband’s older Dodge 3500 diesel truck. Somewhere in Virginia the brakes started acting funny, making weird noises and I could feel a vibration in the pedal when i tapped the brakes. Saturday morning I called Mr Tire. They quickly worked me in. Fortunately it didn't seem to be a major problem , the caliper pin had fallen out. The staff at Mr. Tire were friendly, and efficient. The price was very fair and the brakes aren’t making any more noise. I highly recommend Mr Tire.

  The lady at the front desk had horrible customers service. She pretty much sat there and ignored me as if I wasn't there so eventually I just quietly walked out and went to Mavis

  Need more help. Had apt at 430 for inspection and they didn't take care to stall till 540. Waited longer than it took to inspect. Went up there about a month ago to have air checked in tires and was told my a lady they were booked. Never been to have air checked and needed an appt. More help please.

  I came here with a Fleet vehicle and the new manager Tom did his thanggg!! Usually I would have to wait hours for an approval but I was here for maybe 30 minutes and my vehicle was already approved for service. And he worked miracles with Hertz. They are fast, very friendly, and the environment was clean and comfortable. Please don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here.

  Getting service was quick and properly done. I was pleasantly surprised of how well things went with my to this Mr. Tire location. I will return and I recommend them.
