  When I walked into Mavis I was defeated, I had no idea what was wrong with my car all I could explain was what my car was doing and the noises it was making. Upon driving the car the experts at Mavis assessed the situation, explained in detail what was actually going on and gave me some time to process it all. I didn’t know where to begin but Mr. AL was amazing and extremely patient as I asked him a million questions, and the things I didn’t understand he explained in detail. Thank you Mr AL, Mr Ken, Mr Antonio and everyone at Mavis for being honest, understanding and for making a plan and executing it. If you’re looking for honest excellent service go to Mavis. “Glen School Rd”

  I was out of town for a work conference and ended up with a low tire signal. I was able to find them easily, they were responsive and nice. They checked things out found the culprit (a small ol' nail) and got me patched up so I could make the hour + drive home. Al and the team were great! So grateful they could get me in and out and back on the road safely!

  I had a great experience at Mavis and wanted to give a shoutout to Carlos, Al and Ken for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the work being done on my car and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before moving forward. There was no pressure—just honest recommendations and clear communication. The work was completed efficiently, and my car feels like new after the service. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust, but they all definitely earned that trust. If you’re looking for reliable service and people who genuinely care about doing the job right, I highly recommend asking for them. Thank you again for the great experience!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Al! From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and friendly. I came in for an oil change, four new tires, and an alignment, and everything was handled smoothly with great attention to detail. Al made sure I understood everything that was being done and kept me updated throughout the process. The turnaround time was great, and my car feels amazing—driving so much smoother now! It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend asking for Al if you visit—top-notch service all around!

  I went to this place because of the reviews and because of it being close to my house. They quoted me $685 at first for a wheel bearing replacement, great! Then added on the price of an abs sensor replacement and then the price jumped to $1443???? Every vehicle I’ve ever had with an abs sensor issue has thrown a code and this vehicle was not saying anything about a bad sensor. I pay and ONLY when I ask for an itemized bill (bc an abs sensor should only cost around $300 if you buy oem) they then tell me they added on extra services but it’s okay because they “didn’t charge me for labor”. I DIDNT ASK FOR SERVICES I WAS CHARGED FOR. YOU DIDNT SAVE ME ANYTHING BECAUSE I DIDNT ASK FOR THIS. I shouldn’t have ignored every red flag and gone with my gut feeling. This is bad business practice and I will let EVERYONE know not to go here. I work in sales and every time the guy said “discount” or “savings” I should’ve asked sooooo many questions. Not to mention I went in with almost 1/2 tank of gas and left with 1/4 tank. But it’s okay!!! They saved me money by charging me for services not needed or requested!!! 0/5 do better
