  Tanner was so helpful and sweet. He is the assistant manager and made my experience so easy and stress free. He took care of everything and I came back to a fixed up car. I have been a frequent customer of Mavis due to many nails in my tires unfortunately, and they have always been quick, reliable, friendly, and provided quality service. Tanner did just that today. Thank you so much Tanner and the Mavis team for fixing up my tire and getting me on my way within an hour!

  This place is amazing!! Very good customer service!!! Traveling home from North Topsail and noticed one of our tires had broken a belt. They took us right in and took care of us. Highly recommend these guys!

  I purchased tires last winter and needed a tire rotation. I called and a same day walk in was available. The front desk was very helpful and they had my car in a bay within 10 minutes. I was given a quote for an alignment and I’ll be coming back for that service. The staff at the Yunus Rd location are very efficient and professional.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Honest Team! I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and upfront about everything. They took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The technicians worked quickly but carefully, and the quality of their work shows, my car drives smoother than it has in a long time. Pricing was fair, the waiting area was clean, and the whole process was stress‑free. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service with real expertise, but Mavis absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.

  Corey at Mavis was great from start to finish! He was professional, helpful, and made the tire rotation process quick and easy. He answered my questions, kept me informed, and had great customer service throughout. It’s always appreciated when someone is knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. I always come here for anything with my tires and will continue to do so. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking!
