  I purchased a 2023 Corolla here, and this was hands down the best experience I've had at a dealership. Devin was great to work with, as well as Karen in finance. I never felt pressured, and felt like they were honest and transparent throughout the entire process. No hidden fees, the price advertised is the price you pay (before tax, tag, title, etc., which is always expected). I've been to several dealers who told me "well that price is assuming you qualify for all 10 of these discounts", which hardly anyone will. None of that deceptive trickery at Mark Jacobson. Additionally, the few concerns I had were addressed beyond my expectations, to make this a quick, easy, and overall excellent experience! To those that may be wondering, I can't provide any insight on price negotiations, because I didn't try to negotiate the price. I ALWAYS negotiate vehicle prices, but truthfully, after researching book prices and similar listings, I really had no ammunition to use to ask for a better price. The car was already priced fairly, and I had no reservations paying what they were asking. This may not be everyone's experience, as each scenario is unique, but it was my experience. This is the only dealer I could confidently recommend based on my own personal experiences, if you're in the market, I highly suggest checking them out and giving them the opportunity to earn your business!

  I was extremely satisfied & happy with Nico, my sales representative from the start to the end. He was reliable, efficient, professional, and dependable fully. He was extremely helpful with assisting me with learning the features available on my vehicle, as well as how to use the Toyota app to synch with my vehicle. I have never had such a smooth and extremely positive vehicle purchasing process previously as I had at Mark Jacobson with Nico. I loved the eas also with financial part with Jairo. I highly recommend your dealership and ask for Nico specifically.

  Joe de Silva at Toyota was absolutely amazing to work with. As a family who just recently migrated to the U.S., everything can feel overwhelming, but Joe made the entire car-buying process smooth, comfortable, and stress-free for us. He was very patient, understanding, and truly took the time to listen to our needs. We were specifically looking for a bigger car to accommodate our growing family, and Joe helped us find the perfect one—spacious, reliable, and most importantly, within a price range we could afford. We also truly appreciate the manager who was there during the process. Their support, understanding, and willingness to help made us feel even more confident and cared for.   I had a really great experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota, which is not something I say lightly since, like most people, I usually dread going to a dealership. I went in looking for a new Camry LE, which is surprisingly hard to find right now (so many SEs, so few LEs). I had already test driven one, knew I wanted it, and knew I didn't want a crazy number of add-ons. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately greeted and quickly connected with my salesperson, Alex. There was a minor miscommunication between me and the internet salesperson I spoke to over the phone about the specific vehicle I had called about. That specific one ended up not being available on the lot, but Alex went above and beyond to make things right and help me find a solution. Alex was straightforward and transparent throughout the process, of which I was pleasantly surprised with and am so grateful for. He understood that I went in there knowing what I wanted and respected it. There was no pressure, no games, no up-selling on packages I didn't want. It was just clear, fair numbers and honest communication. Because of that, I ended up doing something I normally wouldn’t dream of doing: committing the same day and putting money down on a new car. I’m really excited to take delivery when it arrives, and I truly appreciate how smooth the experience was from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota and especially Alex to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

  I had an excellent experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. The service was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. I came in for an airbag recall and a tire rotation, and everything was completed efficiently and on time. I would especially like to thank Elias Lopez for his outstanding support. He was kind, understanding, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find this level of customer service. I truly appreciate his help and the professionalism of the entire team. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Also I’m interested in upgrading my 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid to a newer model, preferably the same type. I would like to trade in my current vehicle and pay the difference in cash, without financing. Before moving forward, I’d like to get a fair trade-in value for my car and see what options you have available for newer models. Please let me know the total price difference after the trade-in.
