  We had an excellent experience working with Josh at Volvo! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and answered all of our questions with confidence and knowledge. What stood out most was how transparent and helpful he was throughout the entire process. No pressure, just genuine guidance. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, he worked hard to get us a fantastic deal on our new Volvo, which we truly appreciate.

  Benny Wong with Volvo Service provides truly superior customer service—patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He takes time to explain everything and makes honest recommendations. I drive approximately almost 2 hours just to have my Volvo serviced here because my local dealership doesn’t compare. Before I even make the drive, I’ll call and he will try to walk me through what might be going on so I don’t make a long trip unnecessarily—that level of care means everything. Highly recommend asking for Benny—you won’t be disappointed.

  I had a great experience working with Jerome during my Volvo purchase. He was extremely helpful from start to finish and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process.   We still love our car that we purchased at this dealership years ago, and since then all of our service needs have been exceeded. I have to give a shout out to the Service Manager (Mike Stevens) and the GM (Blake Boyd), as both have helped us tremendously and have always been kind and gone above and beyond to make our experience at Johnson Volvo a positive one. It's been the best all-around experience at this dealership, and I tell my husband all the time this is the only dealership I will buy a car from and have service done at.
