  Had a great experience with the staff here yesterday. Rented a box truck and it was a smooth transaction. Mike and the other gentleman had great customer service. I'll be back!

  I am an individual who rents a lot of trucks from different enterprise stores. I put a truck on reserve a few weeks ago with another one of the stores and they called me on Saturday to notify me that there were issues with that truck. And so so therefore they would not have one for me, even though, I was supposed to be able to pick it up on Monday. This really put me in one heck of a Bind, and I started stressing out, calling all over the place to try to find a truck. But no one seemed to have one. I was notified by the first store that there was a chance that Durham had one. So therefore I called over there and they did not. But the branch manager assured me that he would get me one by the end of the day and sure enough, he sent one of his guys on the other side of the state to pick one up. And bring it back so that I could have a truck. The customer service that this branch manager displayed is second to none. And I in my family are truly grateful to him for going the extra mile to make sure to keep enterprise looking good by taking care of their customers. I will forever be indebted to him.

  Been watching their trucks being shredded on YouTube by the 11 foot 8 bridge. Whilst sad for the business, its providing some top notch entertainment. 5/5 would watch again. That bridge is no joke!

  I needed a flatbed truck in a pinch and could not have had a better experience renting from this facility. Maurice and Dee were both very professional and helpful in helping me get set up and even assisted me with getting the flatbed set up for the use I needed. I am only giving 5 stars because 6 wasn't available. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and these fine gentlemen to anyone looking for a truck rental.
