  My reservation wasn’t ready upon arrival and they recommended upgrading at an additional cost to me so that I wouldn’t have to wait for the reserved vehicle to be cleaned. I declined. Several employees engaged in personal conversations while ignoring customers. The car they gave me reeked of cigarettes. I won’t be back.

  I had a solid experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the pickup and return process pretty smooth. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, and reliable throughout the rental period. Overall, a dependable option for car rentals with great customer service—I’d definitely use them again.

  Friendly staff and fast checkin process. Seats in the car were definitely very worn and look like they were never steam cleaned but was willing to give some grace given my reservation was last minute. Otherwise had a great experience with my rental and would work with them again.

  Rented a car on a Saturday. There was only one person working there, Naz, who managed every person who arrived (and it was like a revolving door!) with professionalism, humor, patience, and overall exceptional customer service. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental.

  Enterprise on Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. in Durham, North Carolina have a bunch of clowns that work at that location, They had me drive all the way down there just to tell me that they had no cars when in actuality, they had a lot full of rental cars They also told me they didn't call me about my reservation and when I went and called back, what was on my call log while standing in their office he answered the phone and then proceeded to say " oh, it wasn't me" , " we don't have any cars to rent you" The four men working there today were rude disrespectful, and a bunch of liars, And had me drive an hour out of my way round-trip to be lied to, be laughed at, on my way out and to be talked about as I'm walking out the door. That location being a woman owned company the owner I believe her name is Sharon. She should really take a look at the four employees that were working there today that were so rude and disrespectful to me and I will never ever rent from them And will tell everyone I know not to rent from them. Customer service is always number one and I rate that location is zero
