I helped myself because I knew exactly which wash I wanted and knew I didn't want a membership (today, at least). After the wash, I went to the vacuums, which was a huge reason I stopped here instead of another carwash. I was then told by a different employee that the vacuums "aren't turned on in the rain." Cool. I feel like that should have been something mentioned before I paid because it was, again, a huge reason I went here. Also it really wasn't raining at this point, although it had been drizzling... Maybe the first employee would have told me about the vacuums, but I feel like there should've been a sign or something since that's part of what you're paying for here...
