The lady at the payment screen had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked what she meant by “12 or 18.” I tried to brush it off and clarify I just want the most basic wash, she took my payment and walked away as fast as possible without saying thank you or anything. THEN, mid way through the car wash the track must have slipped because we weren’t going anywhere and neither was the car in front of us. We were so close to them I swore we were about to hit them, and then the person behind us was about to hit us. I laid on the horn and the staff did nothing. Thankfully the person in front of us drove through and we did the same before they shut the whole thing down. What a nightmare experience today. Although this location is very convenient for us to stop at, we will never come to this Zips location again. Rude staff and broken equipment every time we come.

The oversized parking space made detailing my truck's interior comfortable and convenient. The vacuums at each parking space were well placed and strategically designed for ease of use by patrons. Was delighted with the provided hand towels, window and surface cleaner as well. Great experience!
