  Giavonni provided outstanding customer service today! Even though my membership had expired, she was incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to help me out. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and her positive attitude really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. I highly recommend this car wash, and if you get the chance, definitely ask for Giavonni — she’s amazing!

  Just waited 20 minutes in their wash line. Got to the front to be told their tap to pay wasn’t working and won’t accept cash. I have taken my cars here numerous times. Instead of just letting me through the wash they turned me away. Lame decision for an already over priced service.

  Came to get my car washed and was turned away due to their system not working for my service type. No concession was offered. Very disappointed.

  Just got done going through this car wash, and my car is squeaky clean now. Giavonni signed me up for the member club, which is a great deal, a few weeks ago, but the machine wouldn't scan my pass today for some reason. Luckily, Giavonni was there again and came to my aid, for which I was very grateful. She is always very helpful and friendly and never fails to recognize me. Great customer service! I'll keep returning to Zips because it's my favorite car wash in the Triangle.

  Service was A1! I travel often and drive a white car, so keeping it clean is no easy task—but this is hands down the cleanest my car has looked since I’ve owned it. The location is in a great area, which made the experience even better. Huge shoutout to Giavonni for providing exceptional customer service—professional, attentive, and made the entire process seamless. I’ll definitely be back!
