He was friendly and very informed for his third day on the job! We were able to look at all the cars we were interested in and test drove them as well. He was quick to answer our questions. We ended up purchasing a new car at an amazing price and it only took a couple of hours. We also traded in a car as part of the sale and that also went smoothly. I have shopped at several local dealerships but University Ford Durham is our preferred one. Ricky, Timothy, and Jonathan were all great to work with.

I've had service at another location, but it does not compare with the professionalism and caring customer service I receive from the one at 5001 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. I will definitely ask for Daniel Brown when my vehicle needs servicing in the future.
