I came in for an oil change, was greeted right away and they took care of me immediately. It took less than 30 minutes from check in to check out and all of the staff were extremely kind. I would definitely recommend!
- TBTrevor BeaverOct 21, 20251.0I brought in my 2020 Tahoe for a simple oil change on a Saturday morning and they upsold me additional fluid changes. Immediately after they changed my rear differential fluid it started making weird sounds. Like immediately after and they were loud and pronounced. I brought it back in the following week and told them what the likely problem was. After they test drove it, they acknowledged there definitely was a problem but wanted to do a full day of diagnostics on the vehicle and they were NOT considering the problem that actually occurred so would have been pointless. I took the vehicle back to Chevrolet and they informed me that they needed to perform a triple flush of the rear differential fluid ($1200) to fix the problem that Speedy created. I remind you, there was NO PROBLEM when the car went in. Also, after Chevy performed their service the issue was gone and hasn't resurfaced since. The only reasons I am writing this review are because 1) my vehicle didn't need a rear differential fluid change to begin with 2) Speedy messed it up and decided they would not reimburse me for the issues that they created even though I brought it back to them and asked them to fix it and 3) two of the technicians don't get along and both think each other suck at their job and point fingers at each other so this isn't an environment I am interested in revisiting. I just got off the phone with these guys where they told me they were standing by their work, hence the review.. I am all in about $1700 at this point between Speedy and Chevy when all I wanted was a simple oil change to begin with. Also, if they respond to this and say that the vehicle previously had this issue: there were zero active issues with this vehicle and Chevy themselves confirmed the car was in fine working order before and after they serviced in, yet this occurred after the Speedy service. Chevy even made a video for me and gave context so I could get reimbursed, to no avail... Think twice before using these guys... You get what you pay for.. Hard lesson learned..
