  My first visit here was absolutely perfect. Made an appointment online, dropped off the vehicle and it was ready for pick up early afternoon. All issues taken care of and at excellent prices. Brought it back last week for an oil change and inspection. Made an appointment and dropped off at 9AM last week and it still wasn’t ready at 7PM. The wait time at the counter was 20+ mins to drop off and pick up. It seems like Mr. Tire has had a big change, unfortunately.

  This is the slowest shop ever. I just waited almost 5 hours for an oil change. Never coming back. This is not the first time it has taken them all day just to change my oil. Thought it was an off day the first time, but this is the third time I've waited over 4 hours for service. Never again.

  Don't take your car here for any service and definitely refuse any services they suggest you need. Subpar mechanics who don't even know when to say they don't know how to do the job.

  had such a great experience here! The front desk manager was absolutely amazing — she was so kind and helpful, especially when I was feeling a little frazzled. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car was inspected quickly but still very thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, professional, and friendly from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back for future service!

  Wait time was horrible. I had a 9:30 appt didn't leave until 12:30pm. The person working on my car didn't seem happy at all when I asked to see my damaged tire that he said couldn't be repaired. I asked a guy in the garage initially to see my tire. But he says, "I'm not working on your car." I was hoping he would point me in the right direction or get the person who was working on my car since they all were worker in the same area. But the lady at the counter helped me. Everyone just seemed annoyed and grumpy except the lady at the counter. She was pleasant and very helpful. The only star I give is to her!!
