  I dropped my car off January 8th, 2026 at night for an oil change with two cars parked out front. Set up an appointment prior to drop off for 7:30 am the next day. Came in at noon to grab the car and the man and woman in the store said there was someone from another store at an earlier shift who didn’t get it done and then proceeded to tell me that it would be done in the next two hours. It’s ok to make a mistake but then to not make it a priority to fix it is crazy. That was embarrassing customer service.

  Had to have a tire repair. Young man said it could not be plugged. Needed a new tire. More experienced man said he could plug it. He said it would take 20 minutes. It took over an hour. Cost was reasonable. Repair was well done.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely unacceptable service I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had with a car shop. First, they lied to me about having the correct coolant for my engine. I clearly stated that I do NOT need a universal coolant. They assured me they had the correct one. Only because I personally checked with the mechanic did I realize they were about to pour in a generic coolant that was completely wrong for my vehicle. I stopped it just in time and refused the service. I then had to leave, buy the correct coolant myself, and bring it back so they could do the job they claimed they were prepared to do in the first place. That same evening, my heater stopped working and was blowing only cold air, which is a clear sign that air was left in the cooling system and the system was not properly bled. This is a serious mistake that can lead to water pump failure and engine overheating. The next morning, I returned and asked them to fix their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told: “The heater might not work for other reasons” “Leave the car and come back later, we’re busy” “Come back tomorrow, we’re fully booked” “What kind of coolant did YOU buy yesterday?” In other words, they expected me to continue driving a car with an improperly serviced cooling system, risking serious engine damage, while trying to shift the blame onto me. When I demanded that the issue be fixed immediately or that my money be refunded, the receptionist became rude and dismissive. I had to raise my voice because they clearly did not want to take responsibility for their work. Later, another employee arrived and told me to “be quieter” because I might scare customers away. He then opened the hood and attempted to open the inverter coolant reservoir, which had absolutely nothing to do with the work performed. This clearly showed that the staff does not understand basic vehicle systems. I had to stop him and point out the correct fill location for the engine cooling circuit. In the end, they did get the heater working, but during the process it turned out that the system was still short by about 10 fluid ounces (≈300 ml) of coolant — which is a huge amount and clearly proves the system was never properly filled or bled in the first place. When I asked a simple technical question — whether they opened the bleeder valve to remove air from the system — I received a completely nonsensical answer about a “special device that checks the level.” Final conclusion: I strongly DO NOT recommend this shop. Reasons: They refuse to take responsibility for their work Staff is rude and evasive They try to shift blame onto the customer They clearly lack basic understanding of vehicle systems If you care about your car and expect professional treatment — stay away from this place.

  They forgot to put the cap on my engine oil and it sprayed all over my engine. When I called them they had lost it or thrown it away. I had to go buy a replacement and more oil. Will have to pay to get my engine cleaned. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY about whole experience! I went to this location because Miami Blvd location broke one of my lug nuts!!! They replaced my brake fluid and now I am worried it wasn't done right!
