  Had a slight wobble months after purchasing a couple of tires. They saw me the same day and balanced and filled all my tires without charge and didn't try to up-sale me. Trust is the most valuable thing you can offer customers.

  Great experience getting my oil changed. Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The team was quick and efficient. Clean lobby too. 0 complaints.

  Thomas at the front desk was professional and helpful. I needed all new tires with several additional services and he took care of me that day. However, I’ve tried calling him to express a few concerns and he never returned my call. First, the mechanic got grease all over my light grey headliner that I cannot get out, they just tossed the spare in my trunk without securing it or putting anything away, and THEY LEFT MY HOOD OPEN! I had to pull over and secure it myself, thankfully before I got on the highway. Not the type of service that I would expect after paying almost $2k at a shop. EDIT: 1/17/26 They say to everyone who posts a unsatisfactory review that they want to resolve the problem, but they have yet to reach out to me to ask for feedback or offer a solution.

  My passenger front tire has a slash and the pressure went to zero, I went to the store and they said the rear tire has some problem with the valve and charged me for this non existing problem, while did not notice the obvious slash
