  I wanted to get my state inspection done. I called them in advance booked the time and I came and they rudely told me that the machine is down. I would have appreciated if they would have told me on call itself.

  I had a nail in my tire and showed up without an appointment. By the time I finished my Wordle, they were done and the price was very reasonable. Great experience!

  They came through for me. They were even nice enough to put my donut tire on my car to deter from a pricey car towing service. Thanks Mr. Tire!!

  Thomas at the front desk was professional and helpful. I needed all new tires with several additional services and he took care of me that day. However, I’ve tried calling him to express a few concerns and he never returned my call. First, the mechanic got grease all over my light grey headliner that I cannot get out, they just tossed the spare in my trunk without securing it or putting anything away, and THEY LEFT MY HOOD OPEN! I had to pull over and secure it myself, thankfully before I got on the highway. Not the type of service that I would expect after paying almost $2k at a shop. EDIT: 1/17/26 They say to everyone who posts a unsatisfactory review that they want to resolve the problem, but they have yet to reach out to me to ask for feedback or offer a solution.
