Unfortunately, their alignment machine was broken, so they couldn’t perform the service I actually needed.i didn’t find out the machine was broken until after they performed the brake flush that they sold me. While I’m sure the brake flush was needed, it wasn’t why I was there, and I left without getting the alignment done. Although the staff were friendly, I am disappointed with this experience. My advice would be to take care of what the customer asks for FIRST, then recommend additional services. The other services can come later, but customers need to get what they specifically requested. I’ll have to find another shop to get my alignment done, or wait 2 weeks from now when their machine is up(if it’s even up)which means an extra trip and more time wasted. Not the experience I was hoping for.
