  I had a loose bolt under my car that was responsible for an oil leak. I tried to fix it at home but didn’t have the right equipment for it. I called and asked if they could help me out. They told me to bring the car in and they’d handle it. I was in and out in 10 minutes and they didn’t charge me. They’ll be our first call moving forward - if you want franchises to be helpful even when it’s inconvenient to them, you should reward them with your business. We intend to.

  Manager's Josh and Cory are the ones to ask for! Both provided excellent customer service and great service for my vehicle. Repairs and recommendations were made, and in the end I managed to save a few dollars. Fantastic teamwork and location. I recommend going to see them!

  Scam Artists! Zero stars. I do not write bad reviews on businesses. Everyone can have an off day and I don't want a one off experience ruin the credibility, or cost the business money. I am always willing to give them another try. Before I go on, I will say the same gentleman helped each time and was nice. We talked football. I think he is a Bronco fan as well. Well this was three attempts. I came in with my vehicle having low tire pressure on my right front tire. They patched it up(so they said) and charged me $30. Reasonable I thought. A few days later I had to put air in the same tire. Figured it's cold. No big deal. We then took my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation and to inspect or fix because her tire light was on. They then called an hour later and convinced us that she needed new shocks to keep her tires from waring out. We went ahead and had that done. Trusting they were competent. Her tire light never turned off. We were told to drive it and it would go off. It never did. We brought it back. Spent another 2 hours in which they told me that they checked all tires, cleaned the rims and that it was good to go. The tire light never turned off and is still on. I went back today for them to fix my tire that they had already supposedly fixed. They then told me that the patch held but there were multiple holes and the tire couldn't be fixed. How this happened to the exact same tire is baffling and too coincidental. I was told that I needed a new tire with no attempt to back the original repair. Why wasn't I told this the first time I was there? Do you see the pattern of going in for one thing and them wanting you to spend more money? INSANE! I told them about my wife's car and they told me it was probably a sensor. A competent shop/mechanic would have diagnosed that the second time I came in. When I told them to just pull down my car after they were trying to sell me new tires(they are less than 2 years old)and that I was unhappy with my experience they did not try to remediate the situation. Customer service was lacking. I was kind, frustrated yes, but I remained calm and treated them with respect. It's disappointing that they do not stand behind their work. They were just fine with me taking my business elsewhere. Never again will I go to this Mavis or any other.

  Had a great experience here! I ran over a screw on the way home and since I live right nearby I came over to mavis right before they closed! They took my car in and patched up quickly, did it for free, and were very kind! My tire is holding up great & im super grateful for their help!

  It's great to find an honest and helpful tire shop; twice they have helped us out of a jam and they did so efficiently without trying to upsell us or provide services we didn't need. My son had wheel locks on the used car he bought with no key to remove the tires. Mavis told us to pick up the keylock at the dealership, rather than try different avenues. Then they were able to remove two tires that were "stuck" and corroded for a tire rotation. They were nice about it and the charge was very reasonable! I will be back here in the future for brakes and tires! Thank you, Mavis.
