  Mavis has done it again! I was preparing to go to work and noticed I had a flat tire. I decided to take my car to Mavis Tires and Brakes on Yunus Road in Durham since I had great experiences there. Cory and Grant were wonderful! Not only did they replace all 4 tires at a reasonable cost, they noted that I needed rear brakes and a front end alignment. I was also due for an oil change. They helped me prioritize my car issues so I could decide what services I could get done and afford that same day. Then they offered a different day for me to bring my car back at my convenience to get the other services completed. I drove away feeling happy and safe. If you want quality service from professionals with great work ethic, see Cory or Grant at Mavis on Yunus Road in Durham. Those are my go to guys!

  Had a nail in my tire and they were able to patch it and it was covered under warranty ! Not a long wait ! Will continue to come here for all my tire services ! I highly recommend to go here for your car services !

  We had a great experience with our recent tire and brake service at Mavis Tires. Grant was extremely helpful throughout the process. He patiently explained all the details over the phone, ordered the required parts in advance, and even helped find available special offers. When we arrived, everything was ready just as promised. The price was exactly what we had agreed on, and the service was completed on time without any surprises. Very impressed with the service and support. Thank you, Grant! We will definitely come back here for our next service.

  The staff was super nice and helpful this morning. I told the manager I was on break with a time restriction and he got me in and out. Definitely will be returning and recommending this particular store to anyone that ask where I go. Thanks again guys!!!

  I recently visited this Mavis location to have a service done to my car. I was greeted and promptly assisted upon entering. The service I requested is not usually done but I was well taken care of. Thanks for the excellect customer service and kind consideration with helping me.
