If you’re looking to buy a new car, Mark Jacobson Toyota is the place to go. Nico Childs-Allen is the person to talk to. I went in thinking that I could only afford a used car and he sold me a new car with the same payment price that I wanted to spend on a used car. Also, the financing part was quick and easy and it didn’t take me all day. I literally left with just 1 piece of paper. I would recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota and Nico to anyone who wants a dependable, affordable and great looking new car.

No issue with agents at desk - they have been learning the new system and getting people take care of appropriately. The major issue is with the technicians and management. This is the second time my vehicle has been damaged during a routine service check. The first time was a snag to my windshield washer fluid lines causing it to fail. The most recent: the complete removal of the rear passenger splash guard and tearing of the inner wheel well lining. The issue only compounds when no manager seeks to rectify the issue. You might have better luck taking your vehicle elsewhere. At the very least, you will receive similar service with a smaller bill.
