Service was excellent, but despite every effort to communicate that I did NOT want to hear from the sales team about trade-ins, BOTH when I initially set up the appointment AND after I checked in, and clearly seeing my service advisor echo that to his team...., the "loyalty team" still bothered me by both text and email. I'm sure its just Some automated chat bot ...but guess what. You have automated ticking off cutomers! I guess i will have to take my service business elsewhere...and will shop far and wide when next considering a purchase.

We primarily worked with Aeris Hauser and she is just amazing - went extra mile to help us out and helped us in each and every possible way she could to bring in the car that was NOT available to any dealer within 500-miles.
She was very professional and knowledgeable and handled the entire thing seamlessly.
She responded to me anytime of the day and worked alongside - in fact, it was a fun experience for us and not having to deal with all those price haggle and stuff.

We Live out of town, so we made an appointment for 2 o’clock, indicating that we would be waiting. The service tech said that changing the coolant would take two hours up to 2 1/2 hours. That is in itself a ridiculously long time. However, getting the coolant changed, took a full three hours of waiting in the waiting room. During that entire time there was never a single service update from Logan. After 2 1/2 hours I had to check on it myself and was told it would take 15 more minutes. After a half hour more, still no update so I had to check again myself. They said it was just coming out. This is bad scheduling, bad customer service, and bad communication.

I had an exceptional car buying experience with Lichi Wang, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. From start to finish, Lichi made the process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire purchase was completed within just an hour or two!
We had discussed pricing over email beforehand, and Lichi had everything prepared when I arrived. He went above and beyond by helping me set up my car’s mobile sync, configuring basic settings, and ensuring I was comfortable with my new vehicle. Lichi was also extremely responsive—always replying promptly to my emails and texts and keeping me updated with the latest information. Because of his responsiveness, I was able to handle most of the car negotiation remotely, which saved a lot of time and made the process very efficient.
Additionally, I was traveling from Charlotte to Durham and needed a rental car to get there. Lichi offered an excellent deal and even assisted with transportation from the rental car to the dealership so I could pick up my new car. His honesty, respect for customer time, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.
I would highly recommend Lichi Wang to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota. He made the entire experience enjoyable, efficient, and memorable. I’m also recommending him to my friends for all their Toyota purchases.

Brought my 4runner in for repair, the reason was for the abs and airbag lights came on recently on the dash and it also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I expected a few hundred dollars for the repairs but was met with an invoice for over $8000 which is outrageous. The repair apparently was for the engine wiring harness which was chewed through by a rodent in addition to an abs sensor. I asked if their would be any discounts for myself to repair my vehicle the answer given to me was a recommendation of sams club membership or contacting my insurance provider and have them inspect the 4runner and that they would probably total the car. I knew this would definitely happen as the value is slightly over $9000 but being the repair would be over $8000 they would for sure total the car and I would be out of my paid for vehicle. Very disappointed that this was the response instead of just trying to repair the problem at hand. I ended up paying the expense and not involving my insurance. I feel the customer service has really taken a downturn since all of the renovations and new hires at Mark Jacobson, I have been a loyal customer to the service center for two of my vehicles over the past 10 years or more and usually very happy with the service provided until now as I felt my issue with my vehicle was given a shoulder shrug of "oh well" unless you are a Sam's club member and could earn a discount of up to $500 which in the grand scheme is a drop in the bucket in terms of repair cost. After my 4runner was in the shop for over a week and i contacted them to inquire about my vehicle they mentioned the abs sensor that was shipped to them was damaged and they needed more time to order a new part and install and was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge until my vehicle was repaired but why wasn't the loaner vehicle offered at the time I was told the repair cost and length of the repairs? I honestly feel like the wiring harness cost was calculated incorrectly as online cost is around $900 but i was charged over $3000 for just the part and over $3000 in labor (over $175 an hour) the price was absolutely outrageous and will be visiting another repair shop in the future. It is almost as they hoped I would have my car totaled by my insurance so they could purchase the vehicle from them to repair it and to resale or in hopes I would buy a new car from them. I hope the folks from Mark Jacobson have someone on the team to look over these reviews and try to make their customers happy in the hopes they would not venture out to another repair shop or dealership. When I came to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle, after I was sent a text stating my vehicle was ready. I waited for nearly 40 minutes while they had to find the lady who handles rentals which was a different person than who gave me the rental originally and also the part number for some reason for the invoice they just seemed very unprepared for the whole experience and kind of left a bad taste for Mark Jacobson toyota
