    I waited for almost four hours for them to tell I needed an antenna one week. Then I waited for over five hours to have the antenna replaced and a recall done on my suv a week later. I was told twice that they were working on my car but I watched it sitting in the parking lot for 2 and a half hours. Once I said something to the service manager then they came out and moved it to do the recall which took 20 minutes. The text updates were not sent to my phone and no one called me with any updates. I am livid. I bought both my cars from there and have never had this experience. I hope they get better with their communication with the customers.

    I called the dealer to see if I could get a receipt for my service emailed to me. I was told I would be transferred to a manager of some sort, i was transferred and she told me she’s been at the hospital and doesn’t know why i was transferred to her. 100% not her fault, how are you this disorganized and going to transfer me to someone who isn’t even there.. I called back and said i’d be transferred to another manager just to get hung up on. really disappointed in this dealer.

    I initially went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to purchase a fully loaded Grand Highlander and worked with Devin, who at first was very responsive and helped move the deal along quickly. I even placed a deposit based on those initial interactions. Unfortunately, after the deposit was made, communication completely broke down. My calls and messages went unanswered, and when I did reach Devin, I was told he would call me back “in a sec,” which never happened. The dealership had also agreed to pick up my trade-in, but that never occurred. I attempted to reach the manager, Courtney, as well, but received no response. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. The dealership was heavy on promises but failed to follow through. I ultimately purchased the same vehicle from Classic Toyota of Wilkesboro, where the process was smooth, the staff was responsive and helpful, and they were able to get me the car faster than expected. I would strongly recommend going there instead and would not recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota.

    Connected with this dealer for a used car they had. Went through the initial visit. Made them an offer with a list of items I wanted them to fix. Gave them a week to get the list done. They agreed to everything but didn’t do anything on the list. Came back to pick up the vehicle. Saw the list wasn’t done. I took delivery of the vehicle because it fit what I needed and the drive was over an hour one way. But clearly they had no intention of giving me what I wanted. I’ll never go back.

    My partner and I recently traded in one of our cars for a CPO Corolla and the process was really quick and smooth (especially compared to our previous car buying experiences). Nobody at this dealership was very pushy which is always a plus. Our salesperson was Maura and she was a complete joy to work with, going as far as to follow up with other options that were in/around our budget and being extremely patient while we were going through the motions of the test drives, signing papers, etc. Excellent asset to your dealership and made our lives 1,000x easier, thank you Maura. As for the car, it's running superb so far and I have no complaints what-so-ever! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone buying a new, used or CPO vehicle, it's absolutely worth the drive from Northeastern Raleigh (40 min). Thank you again!
