I have to give a shout out to the Service Manager (Mike Stevens) and the GM (Blake Boyd), as both have helped us tremendously and have always been kind and gone above and beyond to make our experience at Johnson Volvo a positive one. It's been the best all-around experience at this dealership, and I tell my husband all the time this is the only dealership I will buy a car from and have service done at.

The experience was straightforward and even the finance manager was a pleasure to work with. I had the opportunity of seeing the pre own vehicle before and post reconditioning and it was impressive, especially compared to what I’ve seen at other dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend Johnson Volvo to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Knowing we were not ready to make the decision, he was still patient and professional (unlike most salesman, surprisingly). It might sound like the basic qualities of a salesman, but he is one of the rare sales who knows his cars more than the customers. We really appreciate his service the whole time which made us want to go for a Volve. Eventually, the decision still has to be made based on rational (vehicle reliability, total cost, upkeep etc.), but Ben has done his part, giving Volvo the edge. Give him a raise, boss!

Their Charlotte location has been our go-to for years; & the service department (Amy/Fred/Warren) top notch, personable & quality. I was a little hesitant about buying a Volvo from their Durham dealership three hours away. Any concerns quickly disappeared thanks to Wallace & Blake. They made the entire experience easy. Wallace is knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. From working through a few details to arranging home delivery (so cool, it was a retired police officer for delivery/notary paperwork). Dedication to their customers makes it clear (thank you Blake), our next Volvo will also come from Johnson Volvo!
