  The worst experience ever. I came in for an oil change and inspection and waited over three hours, and they didn’t even do my inspection yet they charged me for it. They also took my registration card which I left on the passenger seat and did not return it. I had already left before I realized they hadn’t done the inspection even though I was charged for it, I had to look at the online registration portal to find that they hadn’t done it and I couldn’t complete the registration. I had to go back the next day and they claimed they did the inspection and had no idea where my registration card was. After some pushback they finally found my registration card and admitted that the inspection was not complete. I had to wait another hour for them to do the inspection. All the apologies I got were coupons that I will never use because I will never go back to jiffy lube. They also left my radiator cap off so all the coolant spilled everywhere while I was driving home. Overall horrible experience and unhelpful staff.

  I visited this Jiffy Lube yesterday for what I expected to be a quick in-and-out oil change. Upon arrival, I was directed into a single line that fed to three service bays. It was not immediately clear that all services - including state inspections and oil changes - were being handled through the same queue. There were three cars and a truck ahead of me, and after waiting in my car approximately 40 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told "just a few minutes." I learned that the technician in the bay ahead of me was performing a state inspection. At that point, it became clear that there was no separation between inspection services and routine oil changes, significantly slowing the overall process. After waiting nearly an hour with no clear timeline or sense of urgency, I decided to leave without receiving service. This was an upsetting experience. For comparison, I typically use Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Greensboro. Their operation is highly organized, with inspections handled in a separate bay from oil changes. In my experience, I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes. They move vehicles through efficiently and maintain a steady pace that reflects the "instant" service model customers expect. Unfortunately, my experience at Jiffy Lube was the opposite. The workflow appeared disorganized, the pace was slow, and communication regarding wait times was vague. Based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location or to any Jiffy Lube in general. If this experience is representative of how other locations are managed, it is difficult to understand how the company stays in business.

  Went in for a state inspection. The tech came back saying the wipers need to be replaced otherwise they will fail the inspection. I remembered I just changed them a month ago, luckily to my situation I had the wiper change receipt sitting in my car dashboard. Once I showed that they said I didn't need to replace. FyI - they were going to charge 135$ for a pair of wiper rubbers.

  I had to get both my car and my lady car serviced had a Groupon one for a blend and one for full synthetic oil change. Devon was so friendly direct and very professional. He was spot on and very helpful. I thank him for his professionalism. The crew was definitely the super highlight! They had me in and out especially servicing both vehicles at the same time.

  This was the worst experience ever. A couple of weeks ago I wanted to get my headlights restored. Instead of just telling me they could not do the service the young lady sprayed a bunch of clear coat on my bumber and hood and ruined my paint on my car. It's gonna cost $1200 dollars to fix it. I just went for a safety inspection and the service technician tried to get me to purchase a new battery instead of completing my inspection. He failed my inspection in hopes of trying to get me to come back. So I went to another inspection station right after i left jiffy lube and passed my inspection with flying colors. No issues at all were found. This is the worst company ever to service your vehicles. I will never go to another jiffy lube again because of this station. The service is terrible!!!
