One young lady came into the waiting room after my oil was changed AND my vehicle was moved to tell me that my break fluid was gone! There was only air in my lines, and that this could cause an accident as I was not going to be able to break. I’m no mechanic, but I'm not completely uninformed about how a car works. If there is air in my break line, you bleed the air out and top off the fluid. Why scare people? Why did you move my vehicle if I had ZERO break fluid? I am so fatigued with facilities like this lying to you and frightening you to get you to pay for more services. Super shameful practices. Would not recommend any person go here unless you know how to defend yourself.
