  I've been coming here for ages without hesitation but not any longer. Early January, I came in for an oil change and was asked to to check out an issue. I was told my engine was leaking oil and the pan was overflowing but they could fix the top issue. This seemed odd but I had an appointment with my mechanic so I would have him look at it. They then mentioned that if oil splashed it could catch fire which I found suspicious. I declined again. There was one last push for an upsell from them to clean my headlamps for ~$50 SMH That added to my suspicion. Inside, I was given a good price which I am grateful for. I went to my mechanic and nothing was wrong but my engine was covered in oil which he found strange since it was not oil covered during the most recent appointment. This explains the smell that started after having oil change. The reason I am writing this is because the other day I was speaking about life and brought up my disappointment in this particular Jiffy Lube and I was told that the same thing happened to them there in the past few months. He said it looked like they spilled oil on the engine. Maybe there is new management there that wants to pad profits but I am sad that I will not have a reliable place for an oil change like I have had in the past. I had recommended this spot to so many people but now I will not go back.

  The guys here always take great care of me! My recent oil change I was in and out- literally in 15 mins, barely sat in the waiting room lol. Wanted to shout out Shantina B! She was so helpful and friendly, a pleasant person with great customer service.

  Came in for inspection. Was told my wipers wouldn't pass. I disagreed though he said it wouldn't pass. I allowed it even though I had changed those blades less than six months ago. I was like whatever man. They told an elderly lady that her brake light was out which she agreed to reluctantly. After the technician left she told me that her husband had already checked the car for issues and found none. Regardless, I should have gotten up and checked out what he was saying, so that's on me. Fast forward to today when I read on nextdoor where many others are having very similar experiences with this particular location. I gave one star, which is uncommon for me, because now I feel betrayed. The entire Jiffy lube organization has lost my trust. I shall no longer use their services for my family's vehicles and shall advise others to do the same. Good job guys, way to go.
