  I am an individual who rents a lot of trucks from different enterprise stores. I put a truck on reserve a few weeks ago with another one of the stores and they called me on Saturday to notify me that there were issues with that truck. And so so therefore they would not have one for me, even though, I was supposed to be able to pick it up on Monday. This really put me in one heck of a Bind, and I started stressing out, calling all over the place to try to find a truck. But no one seemed to have one. I was notified by the first store that there was a chance that Durham had one. So therefore I called over there and they did not. But the branch manager assured me that he would get me one by the end of the day and sure enough, he sent one of his guys on the other side of the state to pick one up. And bring it back so that I could have a truck. The customer service that this branch manager displayed is second to none. And I in my family are truly grateful to him for going the extra mile to make sure to keep enterprise looking good by taking care of their customers. I will forever be indebted to him.

  Avoid this location. The employees here are horrible. Very poor and rude customer service. They lie too. This is just a bad place to rent a truck from. ZERO STARS!!!!

  Ever since covid19 these guys are horrible. They can take a reservation, they just can’t keep it. I thought I’d reserved a 26’ truck on 2/23/22 when I spoke to a “manager” So many excuses, so little service. I guess my money is not good enough for them. 👎🏻

  Terrible online system! Reserved and confirmed trailer rental online 4 days ahead. Day of pick-up no trailer, 2 hrs on phone and we get trailer in another state. Most non-customer friendly company I've ever encountered.

  I've rented cargo vans several times for my business and have been very pleased with the service and vans: newer vans, very clean and no mechanical issues. Will definitely return for all my truck rental needs. Thanks.
