- NANorma Arias5 days ago1.0I had the worst experience renting from them, not only did I get a beat down car that was damaged inside and out but on the day I returned the rental car I couldn’t leave in my own personal car because someone had blocked me and it was after hours, I called the 1800 number and they wasn’t able to help neither. I had to catch an Uber home and wait until the next day without any type of reimbursement from the company even though it was their fault, I wished the people at the front desk would of told me not to park there because there would be a possibility of getting blocked and on top of that if you call an hour close to closing they don’t pick up. Worst experience ever , think twice before giving your money to them.

I've rented plenty of cars from other companies with no problem, the police take it, I've never had my license refused anywhere before, but now I can't see my family on Christmas because it's too late to rent somewhere else. Do not waste your money here, rent from a better company like Sixt. I had no problem renting a car from them for Thanksgiving
