    I am extremely UPSET with my experience and feel CHEATED at this Enterprise location. I rented a car through my insurance for about a month while my vehicle was in the shop. At pickup, I was told to add the optional DW/CDW insurance for the first 5 days “to get used to the car,” and that I could come back within those 5 days to cancel it if i wanted it for lesser than 5 days. What was NOT made clear at all was that this opt-in insurance would carry on past THOSE 5 DAYS, and the charge would automatically continue for the rest of the rental, as I was only told it was for the first 5 days. IF I were told that I had to come back to remove it, I would have done so. Because of this lack of transparency, I ended up with over $900+++++ in extra charges that I never agreed to and never would have accepted. This is incredibly MISLEADING. It feels as though I was cheated out of my money. When I went back to the Enterprise Location to enquire why I had this large extra charge. They explained it to me and they offered no solution. However, they said they can't do anything as it is "all hearsay", which is extremely frustrating to hear after being charged such a large amount that I was not prepared for and making feel extremely cheated. This location urgently NEEDS better communication and training. I walked away feeling like I was left with a bill of $900+ that I was NOT prepared for and did not expect.

    Over 3.5 years I have had ~15 rentals through Enterprise with nothing but GREAT experiences. Vaughn and Grant have specifically treated me very well. Thank you Enterprise Durham!

    I was told by the repair shop that Enterprise would pick me up and that everything would already be coordinated with my insurance so I could get a rental hassle-free. I even double-checked ahead of time and was reassured that everything was set up. When I arrived for my appointment, Enterprise wasn’t there. I waited about 45 minutes before being picked up. Once I finally got to the Enterprise office, the front desk employee seemed surprised to see me and said they had no information on my reservation. She told me I needed to provide the insurance claim number—despite being told multiple times that everything was already taken care of. On top of that, she made it sound like a car might not even be available and offered no assistance in helping me sort out the situation. I had to track down all the information myself, which defeated the entire purpose of the arrangements that were supposedly already made for me. At that point, I left because I was already running late due to their delay and lack of preparation. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. Don’t expect a smooth process or proactive help here. If something goes wrong, don't count on the staff to care or make it right.

    Beware of this location!!!!! Unprofessional people at one location!!! Give this location 2 chances and second time was worse than first one. Manager is horrible and that's the reason all staff members are horrible as well. I had a booking at 9am and Manager give my car to his friends front of me who came after me. Which i witness and will be providing the evidence to the corporate office. Manager lied on my face that I said no to my booked car and that's why he give other person my SUV. I even went day before to confirm if I will have my car ready next morning. After all that he was laughing with his staff and was very disrespectful. I will be be reporting to their corporate office about this incident. But I want make sure no one have to deal with what I had to go through. PLEASE GO TO OTHER ENTERPRISE ON Chapel hill blvd in Durham.
