  Do not go to this place they are unprofessional and they will overcharge you and still not fix the issue. They are the worse mechanical shop I’ve ever been to. They don’t even deserve 1 star but they make give them something in order to post a review .

  My car was leaking oil due to poor workmanship from Jiffy Lube. Carmedix was able to diagnose the problem as well as identify other recommendations for vehicle maintenance and got me a quote within 1 hour of dropping off the vehicle. I thought their price for all the work was very reasonable. They completed an extensive amount of work and got the car back to me the same day. Their team was also very good about keeping communication open with me during the whole process. Their customer service was excellent, price was very fair, and their service was quick. My car has been doing great after the service and I'm very happy with it! I highly recommend this place!

  I recently went to get a diagnostic service for issues that I was quite aware of already, mainly my brakes, rotors, drums and tires needing to be replaced. I had read good things and assumed that a simple diagnostic was a good place to start and maybe I'd get service done there. I was told about what I expected, plus a couple minor things. I was satisfied and took the weekend to attempt to fix the front brakes myself (since this is quite easy and they priced me an insane price) since its easy enough. Unfortunately, this car that has NEVER given me issues before suddenly had an issue. I could not get the tires off. Lug nuts came off just fine. Tire? Nope. I suspect they tightened the lug nuts too much and the rusted rotor bonded with rusted steel wheel. They didn't think maybe a little anti-seize might be nice? Maybe inform me if the wheel was really wedged on there? Family of handymen have had this car for years and never had a problem, we bring it here? Problem. What was supposed to be a nice gift turned into a headache. Won't be returning to get that other work done. I think they hide behind some good customer service but not honest work behind that.

  They do bad business after a certain point. I previously had only good experiences here and I believed them trustworthy and reliable. Their customer service is fantastic. They make an effort to seem like they are capable of solving your issues initially. They give it an honest try. Beyond that I would take their assessment and head to a trusted mechanic. I recently brought in a vehicle and had an exchange with Jeff at the front desk that made me decide they were unethical. I brought it a car with an issue and was told the solution was to replace tie rods and fix a broken mechanism. After this was done the issue was not resolved and attempts to ascertain the parts were new and that this was the issue brought up were fielded by Jeff with explanations that got more and more ridiculous. Finally they attempted to suggest that an issue facing models built in 2019 somehow affected my 2018 model going so far as to quote the manufacturer. I gave the manufacturer a call to be certain that this was further misdirection and an attempt to siphon funds rather than just admitting that your technicians are unskilled in this particular area. So, for people who just want their car fixed and dont care for the coffee and kool aid, if you do not like being lied to and having your time wasted, avoid them. I think that the familiarity bred a kind of comtempt so I would be wary of their smiles. Also every time I get an alignment here I have to have it redone. I know its my fault but I thought I'd warn others who see too much of the good in people as well.
