  Already left a poor review in the past. Now I’m leaving another one. Carmedix replaced my spark plugs sometime in June/July, unbeknownst to me when my car started misfiring on me after the winter storm rolled through at the end of January of this year, I had my car towed to another repair shop as I had my speculations about Carmedix. Turns out my spark plugs needed to be replaced and I told the mechanic that couldn’t be right they were just changed last year, the mechanic confirmed on the CARFAX that the work had been done by Carmedix, but he said the spark plugs looked questionable, bonus that the fuel injection system needed to be replaced which I can’t remember if Carmedix replaced or not. I won’t be taking my car here anymore. They scammed me out of almost $3,000 for new brakes and front rotors but didn’t even bother to replace the back rotors and they look just as bad as the front ones did when they replaced them. The only thing good about this place is the price of the oil change but that’s it.

  had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, friendly, and very attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. Although the prices are pretty high compared with other places, the quality of the work was outstanding, and they completed the job efficiently. A special thank you to Gia, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure all my questions were answered and kept me informed every step of the way. Her customer service truly made the experience even better. Additionally, talking to Rachel was an excellent experience. Very helpful and friendly, attentive and her customer service is top notch! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

  I didnt not have a great repair experience. I feel like the 3 year 36000 mile warranty is false advertisement. I bring my vehicle to get checked out due to check engine light coming back on after not having car more than a hour. mechanics never want to take responsibility for causing issues after claiming repairs are made. I received a new code after picking up vehicle the first time. MyVehicle had codes with a Po456 which states a system leak and the code came up after the repair. I was told that the purge valve needs to be changed but the purge valve was good before I put the car in the shop there no PO456 before the oil housing cooler repair and after receiving car back there if a new check engine light code which make believe the mechani broke the purge line some how and now I have this new code and the shop will pass the cost onto the customer because god forbid a mechanic doesn't make a mistake but they won't own the mistake they just pass the cost onto unsuspecting customer only difference is I know abt cars so I can see what happened. If that was a issue they should had called amd explain to me in the initial findings when diagnostic was first done. I had a starter put on vehicle last year amd I took vehicle back to get checked amd I get a told that mechanic cant find issue with why vehicle is hesitates when first starting amd again when I try to start it hesitates but they claimed it doesn't happen when they have the car another 1000 dollars down the drain. They charge alot of money like a dealership but don't fix problems when arised.

  These guys really saved the day on Friday. My wife was out of town for a work conference and her car would not start that morning. Now, normally, being a shop owner myself I would’ve took control of the situation, but because I was hours away, I had these guys handle it and they did not disappoint. My wife was able to get her vehicle back same day. By the way, Chrysler didn’t even pick up the phone. Keep on rocking guys!

  Can't say enough good things about this place! When my car's check engine light suddenly came on with other warning lights, I was rapidly looking for a nearby mechanic. Carmedix was around the corner, so I called to see if they could see me on short notice, and they said, "Absolutely." Devin and Rachel were so kind and wonderful to work with. They found the issue with my car and fixed it within 2 hours. Their office is also very clean and client-oriented. Very nice experience.
