- TKtequila kearneySep 29, 20251.0I had a stalled out vehicle on their premises for 2 and a half weeks. I called the store and advised that I would come get my vehicle as soon as I figure things out. They complied that it was okay. I go back to get my vehicle and it had been towed. The towing company charged for a tow $375 and $75 a day for storage for a bill upward of $800. I have no problem with abiding by rules but be fair. As there is another vehicle that has been parked there for upwards of 3 months that they have yet to tow and told me it’s because the man comes in every single day. Standard is standard. I don’t know that persons situation and I’m sure he is like many of us who don’t have the means right now but neither did I and they put me in a financial predicament that if they had waited I would’ve purchased the things that I needed from them to get the car operable. Again I do not understand what the rush was to have my vehicle towed while another has over stayed its welcome is baffling to me and oh yea I have talked to the new manager twice without any resolve.
