  After ordering online and receiving an email that the order was ready for pick up, I drove 47 minutes only to be told that the item I ordered was not available.

  Went in the store to return some $100 light bulbs that I mistaken the correct bulb size. So i was going through the process and needed the manager password to finish the return. Here comes SUE, 20 minutes later immediately she says nope and hands them back to me. I said what's wrong why can't you take them, she said I dont want to, so I said whats your name, she says SUE and im the store manager. I asked again why can't you take them back i only had them 2 days. She picked the box up and slung them across the counter. I asked her why are you being so rude. She told me to get out the store.

  Disappointing. Don't go there if you need your battery replaced. Go to the Advanced Auto across the street. I needed my battery replaced. I called the store this morning and asked if they had the battery size available for my car because I was needing to jump my car to get there. I let them know that I'd be on my way there and thanked them. After I got there, they brought out the battery, checked me out, asked me to wait and that they would install it in a few minutes. Only to come back to apologize and tell me they don't have the tools for the job and that they can do a return and I can go somewhere else or just keep the battery. I did not believe they did not have the tools since you really only need a socket wrench with various socket sizes, and the store has posters everywhere offering free battery installs. But since they didn't even look at my car and gave me this poor excuse, it was clear they just didn't feel like it. Also a bit insulting to me as if they were implying some specialized tool that I wouldn't know, but whatever. In my eyes, if they didn't want to install it then there was no use for me to get the battery there. Even if they truly didn't have tools, I don't really think that's acceptable for a store offering battery install services. They suggested the Advanced Auto Parts across the street, which offered a more expensive battery. I needed it done this morning so I didn't have much of an option if they wouldn't do it, so I went. Luckily, I got my car to start and got it across the street. I told Advanced Auto Parts what happened and they laughed and rolled their eyes saying they've had customers come in for this reason before and that they definitely had the tools and just didn't feel like it. So, really I wish I was just told on the phone that they couldn't install (excuse or not ) when I called ahead rather than having this experience.

  I'm so pleased with the service I received! The young manager Eli I think that's his name was so helpful and took the old battery out and put a new one in for me without question!
