  After “free” inspection, I agreed to let Carmedix repair the car, while I waited. The work was completed quickly and to estimate. It’s been only a week but me problems are fixed.

  I’ve been to CarMedix a few times, once for an oil change, once for a pre-purchase inspection, and most recently for a rear differential fluid service. They’re a great group of people, professional, and easy to work with. I also like that they use BG products for differential and transmission services, which is good. One of the best parts is their shuttle service, they provide Uber rides to drop you off and pick you up, which makes it very convenient. The only thing I’d love to see is the option to bring your own parts and consumables, but overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend them.

  Dishonest, broke my windshield, their work performed was mid at best. The power steering pump they installed failed 2 days later. They tried to replace brakes and rotors which didn’t need to be replaced. Attempted to upsell every possible item. Dirty lobby and shop. Surprised how bad it was considering the positive reviews.

  I had a wonderful experience here. They were kind, took my car as a walk in appointment for emissions testing, and changed my headlight on the spot. They even threw in a free pair of wiper blades after I explained I could only afford to do the urgent services , which was out of pure kindness. I have never experienced service like this and will 100% be coming back! Everyone was kind and the facilities were clean and comfortable while waiting.

  I didnt not have a great repair experience. I feel like the 3 year 36000 mile warranty is false advertisement. I bring my vehicle to get checked out due to check engine light coming back on after not having car more than a hour. mechanics never want to take responsibility for causing issues after claiming repairs are made. I received a new code after picking up vehicle the first time. MyVehicle had codes with a Po456 which states a system leak and the code came up after the repair. I was told that the purge valve needs to be changed but the purge valve was good before I put the car in the shop there no PO456 before the oil housing cooler repair and after receiving car back there if a new check engine light code which make believe the mechani broke the purge line some how and now I have this new code and the shop will pass the cost onto the customer because god forbid a mechanic doesn't make a mistake but they won't own the mistake they just pass the cost onto unsuspecting customer only difference is I know abt cars so I can see what happened. If that was a issue they should had called amd explain to me in the initial findings when diagnostic was first done. I had a starter put on vehicle last year amd I took vehicle back to get checked amd I get a told that mechanic cant find issue with why vehicle is hesitates when first starting amd again when I try to start it hesitates but they claimed it doesn't happen when they have the car another 1000 dollars down the drain. They charge alot of money like a dealership but don't fix problems when arised.
