He did not even want to attend to me, the person is called Manuel, he just told me that he felt that the piece was not in the place and he showed me something that was not what I was requesting. 👎🏻

Basically I went to the store today to purchase replacement fuse I believe I was the only customer in the store. The three workers that were standing up front were carrying on a conversation, a gentleman with glasses and long hair another gentleman with long dreadlocks, and then a third gentleman was heavier set look to be hispanic with a beard and I assume a shortcut because he had a beanie on, I also believe one of them is a manager because when I walked in, somebody had made a joke about putting one of their coworkers as "not re-hireable".
Basically the conversation that was being held was about the fact that I guess some female coworkers at that location or a neighboring location didn't feel safe working at night because it was just the two of them both being females. They basically start to talk down on the fact that they felt unsafe that there was not a reason to feel unsafe and then one of them start saying "oh but you guys want equality" "they want equality but you can't work at night you can't work in the mechanic field". I instantly felt very offended not only cause I myself was a female walking up to the register as they continued to have this conversation, but just in general because of the fact, this is basically customer service. You would think once you see a customer walking up the inappropriate conversation that you were having degrading the opposite gender would come to an end unfortunately, it did not especially seeing I myself am a woman. They continued to badmouth women in the workplace. Even after the fact of me visibly making a face to hearing what I was hearing the conversation carried on. I even attempted to look at each of their name tags which seemed to be missing. I myself have been in customer service for 10 years and know when certain conversations should be stopped once customers enter the building. I'm not sure if this is something that is allowed within this type of establishment or it would just be looked at as "boys just being boys" but personally I feel in the year of 2026 there's a fine line of appropriate workplace conversations and this was not one of them. this has been my go to AutoZone since I've moved in the area and I've been to this AutoZone a handful of times but today was my very last time coming to this location. I did want to share this experience with somebody higher up so that they are aware of the guest perception these employees have created. I feel this is very unacceptable and creates an unwelcoming environment for any customer who is not a man.
