  Just not a travel center I'll stop at again. I go into the convenience store to get a couple things and nothing in the store had price tags. I don't buy things that don't have price tags. I did find a couple energy drinks that were priced, $2.50 more than they cost anywhere else. When I went to go check out, there was nobody at the register so I walked down to the diesel desk. They were very happy to tell me there are 3 different companies in there and they couldn't check me out. So I went back to the other register and waited 5 minutes to be checked out. I took a shower while I was here as well. The shower was clean. There was good water pressure and the water was hot. They use these throw away plastic mats for the floor when stepping out of the shower instead of the shower towel mats most places use. They also use white towels and wash cloths. They were clean, but showed stain spots. I won't be stopping here again because the convenience store didn't have prices for 99% of the items.

  My husband and I are on the road constantly, (semi owner operator) and I have to say, this Pilot really stands out. We were blown away by the service! ​First off, Dreka at the register is a total sweetheart. She was hands-down the friendliest and most helpful cashier we’ve met in a long time. She didn't just ring us up; she actually made us feel welcome. She is so quick and friendly. Management should definitely see her dedication towards the team. She was so friendly on arrival and leaving I had to ask for her name. ​Then there were the showers—someone was actively cleaning them right as we arrived, and it showed. The shower was excellent and felt so refreshed afterward. It’s clear this team takes real pride in their work. We won't forget the kindness and the cleanliness here. Management, you’ve got a stellar team in Dunn! We’ll definitely be back.

  Yet, another Pilot failure. No shower app, key and paper floor mats and small hotel soaps and the famous no water pressure. Unfriendly people who act butt hurt for wanting a shower where the lights actually work and the place is clean. Well…… you don’t get either. So unless you’re desperate. AVOID!

  To the relevant authorities: I want to raise a serious concern about the gas station located in Dunlop, North Carolina, operating under the name Pilot. Although they use the Pilot brand and charge as if they were a Pilot location, the benefits provided to commercial drivers are not honored at this station. They claim they are not Pilot, yet they have all the Pilot information and charge just like Pilot. This is a deceptive practice: not only do they exploit Pilot’s reputation, but they also fail to provide the same perks or fair treatment. I demand an immediate investigation, as this deception is harming thousands of commercial drivers who rely on these benefits. This is a clear fraud and an abuse of customer trust.

  Lying to a hungry man about food is low. They've plastered signs on the freeway about having a firehouse subs, but they haven't opened it yet. A "coming soon" sticker would have been nice. It took 20 minutes to park and walk in to find out the deceived me. Wich means I might as well end my 30 min break here and go hungry for the day.
