  The staff at the Dunn, NC location are very friendly and considerate, during initial inspection of the vehicle the staff was very thorough with the vehicle, such as showing me all scratches and dings on the car. Also the vehicle was very clean

  I would stay away from this location. We reserved a car in advance to drive to Minnesota and the day before we were to pick it up after doing the online check-in they sent us they called to say that they have no cars and we were on our own to find another place to rent from. They did not check with other local Enterprises to get one brought over, the manager has a terrible customer service attitude. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking as I am not the first one with this issue. I was supposed to get a call from the regional manager but here we are a week later no call. Thanks to Jonathan at the Smithfield location took care of us so we could get to Minnesota.

  I was referred to this location by my son, Jake who owns CFS Towing and Recovery in Erwin, NC. I was originally set up to rent at the Fuquay-Varina location, but was told Jillian at the Dunn location would take care of me. As soon as I switched my reservation, Jillian called me to confirm everything was in order. When I got to the office to pick up my car, Amani helped me and she was awesome!!! Super friendly and helpful! I rented a VW Jetta and it was comfortable and ran extremely well! Great service, Great quality and great people! Thank you!
