  The 17 point check with oil change was super. I had forgotten about the air and cabin filters. Getting them replaced along with oil change and tire rotation has the car riding so much better. Great job Grease Monkey Denver

  $1,000 charge later & my vehicle was still not fixed. Labor and parts aside, the reason I am so upset with this business is their response in handling the situation. Everything was my fault, and zero ownership from their side to rectify the situation for their customer. One minute, they can’t fix my truck, then the guy said “I might have a guy”, then next thing you know - he’s the guy who is working on my truck!!! If you can’t fix it, then just say so. It’s like they went under the bay & watched a YouTube video & thought “yeah, I could do that I think”. My truck had an Oil leak & they replaced they replaced the tran pan. Then, 3 visits later, the “better mechanic shop” they sent me to diagnosed it in 5 minutes. This shop is unqualified and has horrible customer service. For the rest of my life I will never tell anyone something positive about my experience with this Grease Monkey location.

  Let me tell you about Coby C and his colleagues working 3/12. A randomly showed up in my Jeep with a check engine light 20 mi from home in charlotte, in the middle of a monsoon. Just say I was having a bad day was a complete understatement. I didn't even think twice about stopping in and asking if they could run diagnostics. They were well within their rights if they wanted to take advantage of me, charge me for whatever they thought. I didn't bother to look to see what the diagnostic price was before I asked them to"run some codes". And then, I met Coby. I just needed something to go right. I just needed a break. And I got that from Coby. He didn't try to upsell me, up charge me. He was gracious and chose kindness over a quick sale. If I ever make it back to this area and need an oil change or other service, this is the place I would stop. Today, be more like Coby: chose kindess when you can choose something else.
