I remembered then that I needed an oil change and decided to stop by. My appointment was at 1:30 and I arrived at Valvoline at 1:05. Jake greeted me and I told him that I had an appointment and could leave my car there. Jake said, no worries, we'll have you done in 10-15 mins. Jake was very friendly and explained the entire process while another gentleman was changing my oil, filter and parking lights. The work was done by 1:23 (18 mins) and I made it to my 1:30 appointment. This was the best oil change that I've ever had.
