  Let me tell you about Coby C and his colleagues working 3/12. A randomly showed up in my Jeep with a check engine light 20 mi from home in charlotte, in the middle of a monsoon. Just say I was having a bad day was a complete understatement. I didn't even think twice about stopping in and asking if they could run diagnostics. They were well within their rights if they wanted to take advantage of me, charge me for whatever they thought. I didn't bother to look to see what the diagnostic price was before I asked them to"run some codes". And then, I met Coby. I just needed something to go right. I just needed a break. And I got that from Coby. He didn't try to upsell me, up charge me. He was gracious and chose kindness over a quick sale. If I ever make it back to this area and need an oil change or other service, this is the place I would stop. Today, be more like Coby: chose kindess when you can choose something else.

  Very nice young lady who helped me it was very quick service on my state inspection and cheap $30 Great service here too!!!

  New clean facility. Helpful staff. Did not get a reminder sticker from them but it was ok I set my vehicle mileage reminder.

  Great service from start to finish. The team greeted us right away, worked fast and efficiently, and shared knowledgeable insight about their products. On top of that, they had fantastic personalities—friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

  The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back again. The staff honestly made my bad day a great one.
