- JGJoseph Green6 days ago5.0Sofia and Zay helped me with the inspection process it was my first time getting an inspection both girls helped me talked me through the process answer all my questions they were so patient with me because I can be difficult sometimes but these two girls showed me things that I needed to get looked at on my vehicle so I can pass inspection. Thanks for being patient with me softie and Zay and the girls are so beautiful they should be the face of this brand

It turned out to be more of a job than we thought but Dennis was determined to find what was wrong he kept me posted during the process and wasn’t going to let me take the car till he felt like it was safe for me drive it. I was very satisfied with the way it was all handled I been a customer for several years and am always pleased with the service I received. Everyone is always nice and polite.

However I went this last Saturday I understand it was 35 minutes before they closed but that shouldn't be an excuse for bad att and to be refused service all together. As I pulled up there was an employee in each of the three bays cleaning, and you could visibly see the disdain and how upset the employees in bays 1& 3 weren't the way they cocked their heads, rolled their eyes, another threw their headback and lifted his arms as if to be like really? The employee in bay 2 did However try to conduct himself in a professional manner. I wasn't immediately turned away i heard on employee say to another "Don't worry I've got this" with a smirk on his face. He went downstairs into the pit and almost immediately he called up saying since my filter had a scratch on it they couldn't change it because it might me damaged, and that it was companypolicy. (Mind you I scratch my filters to mark them, so im sure they've been changed. Something i started to do since my father's advice from a bad experience he had from a different company.) I had to go another company to get my service done. The funny thing about it is, 2 days later I went to visit my son at college a few towns over, during my visit we stopped at a fast food restaurant and there was a Strickland brother's employee behind us in line. I showed him the picture they took off my filter and asked if they'd be able to change my oil and without hesitation he responded of course why wouldn't we??
