  I would rate - (negative) 10 stars if that was allowed. This is the second time in a row I reserved a vehicle at Enterprise and they did not have a vehicle available. I don't understand why their reservation system allows one to make a reservation when no vehicles are available at the site I need to pickup the vehicle. I attempted a same day reservation, placed the reservation at approximately 2:40 PM for a 3:30 pickup. Totally disappointed. These two incidents happened with 5 months of each other. Enterprise used to be my favorite. They are now my least favorite. I will not give Enterprise another chance.

  My care was towed after a collision to Caliber Collision where our neighborhood Enterprise is located. We have reserved several vehicles there I in the past. I reserved a compact car on Friday that was a Mitsubishi or similar. I was used rental points and cash for the initial 2 week reservation made on 10/31/25 for pickup on 11/2/25. When I went to pick the rental up on Monday, it looked like a clown car. It had Maryland plates, no hubcap's, and was dirty on the outside even after washing. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the Enterprise representative on site at the time of pickup. I asked if he had a better compact vehicle available. He said not that day, but he would try and get one in a day or two. I checked back with him the next day, he didn’t have anything available but said he would call me if something came in. He never got back in touch. I returned it after the two week rental period. I still need a car but don’t want to get it from that location again since I didn’t feel heard by this Representative. If he had heard my concerns, I would trust him to take care of us again. I am not sure that I want to take a chance on that after this experience.

  We always rent cars from Enterprise in Denver and always get great service from Weldon, Kevin and Philip. They go out of their way to be sure we get the type of car we want.
