This is why I will only shop at AutoZone. The people working remind me of going to the neighborhood mechanic when I was young. Next time I am in my AutoZone I'm going to ask Debbie if she received any accolades or congratulations on this email.. I'll be a little upset if somebody doesn't take this opportunity to give some congratulations. That is the number one reason for turnover in any company.. I used to teach classes in it.. simple appreciation for a simple job well done is all it takes to reduce your turnover by 20%.

The guy in the front desk lent me the kit without even asking for my ID. I was able to replace my battery and even they offered me help to replace it themselves. I’ve always received excellent customer service every time I visit.
