  I made a reservation with Enterprise and was informed just one day before pickup that no cars were available. While they did notify me, the timing made it extremely difficult to find alternative transportation. I had to pay for another ride and adjust my plans last minute. A reservation should provide more reliability than this. Very disappointing experience.

  We had a reservation for a truck rental, my husband got a ride there (25 miles away) for them to say oh we don't have a truck but you're welcome to go to Asheville to get one (2 more hours). Thankfully we had a ride home, If it were a customer without a ride telling them to go another 2 hours for what they reservered would be awful. We leave tonight for our trip, never again will I reserve here.

  Made a reservation, then was called by someone else at the location and told my reservation has been canceled. It wasnt canceled by me. They just decided to cancel my reservation. Called corporate number to get clarification as no one answered the phone at the location, Told not sure why they did that, took my information and told someone will get back to you. 24 hours no return called. Called corporate number again, they tell me oh i see they have cars available and made another reservation for me, also said someone would be getting back to me. Again 24 hours later and no return phone call. Showed up on time, and was told they had no cars available. What’s the point of taking reservations if you don’t actually have vehicles when customers arrive? There was no proactive communication, no warning ahead of time, and no real attempt to fix the situation—just “we’re out of cars.” This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened with this location. Wasted a significant amount of time. If you’re traveling on a schedule, avoid this place. A rental car company that can’t guarantee a car is not reliable. Follow up. They send you a an automated response with a web link to contact them only to get on a chat with someone else and be told someone will get back you. What BS customer service and business model. Avoid issues and just Stay away from doing business with this agency.

  I spoke to a physical person to set up a reservation and they call back to say there is no car on the lot. Frustrating!!!!!
