- GPGraham PrescottNov 2, 20251.0Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I booked a rental 2 weeks before scheduled pick up. I received an email just 2 days before scheduled pick up - as I was on my way to my international flight - saying they were sold out. This massively inconvenienced me in an area where having a vehicle is critical. I lost half a day going to a much further away location to rent a car instead. Staff did not reply to my emails, were rude on the phone, and made no effort to find an alternative solution for me.
- KBKat BOct 24, 20254.0My personal vehicle was totaled and I was an hour away from my home. I visited 2 different enterprise offices and was denied due to not having certain paperwork, which unable to get due to being out of town. As a working class adult I'm not able to get credit card and have to rely on debit card for payment, that is a large obstacle to get around. I was able to get home day later. And obtain reservation from WCU-Cullowhee office and I had no problem, the employee who checked out the car for use was very helpful and awesome customer service. He understood the problems of dealing with no reliable car, transportation and he was overall kind during the whole process. The vehicle I had was exactly like one I had before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good on gas mileage and very roomy for my 6'3 son. If I'm needing another rental car I will mos def obtain from the WCU-Cullowhee office. I'll recommend this office to anyone who asks my opinion on car rental places. Thank you again for helping me & my family get to school, Dr. appts and grocery shopping. P.S. just know that it's extra $300 deposit and u will need necessary documentation for rental, if you don't have credit card but do have Visa/Master Card debit card. I love that I didn't have to wait 2-3 days and got the deposit back within 12 hours after returning the rental car.
