- RCRayna CrispDec 22, 20251.0I had a reservation at this location. They called within 30 hours of the reservation to tell me that they could not honor the reservation because they did not have any vehicles available. Understandable that these things happen. What is less understandable is that they did not offer another location or other assistance to assist when the error was on the company's end, not mine and the notice was not adequate considering the holidays. The situation left me in a bind and the representative was flippant about it.

This is a business I have been renting a car from Enterprise for the past 3 months and we pay out over $300 a week for a little sedan and I'm trying to make a payment and they're not answering the phone all day long? Not just for a little while but literally all day long I'm going to have to drive 30 minutes to go and make a payment after I have worked all day long I really do not appreciate the unprofessionalism that I'm getting here I will not use Enterprise again after we get another vehicle! WHY don't you answer your business phone??! I don't want to drive half an hour and waste time and gas because of this!?

I received an email just 2 days before scheduled pick up - as I was on my way to my international flight - saying they were sold out. This massively inconvenienced me in an area where having a vehicle is critical. I lost half a day going to a much further away location to rent a car instead. Staff did not reply to my emails, were rude on the phone, and made no effort to find an alternative solution for me.
