  No wait on a busy Friday late afternoon! State inspection completed in 15 minutes. The Honda dealership estimated wait at 90 minutes and I had arrived on time for my appointment at Honda of Huntersville. I left there and came to Valvoline the next day. Even though the state inspection and oil changes are free at Honda of Huntersville, I will be coming to Valvoline in the future.

  Shaq and his crew at the Cornelius, NC location were friendly and helpful throughout my visit to the store. Shaq went above and beyond to check for a potential oil leak underneath my hood - turns out there wasn't one! The team was courteous and professional - I was able to get my full synthetic oil change and tire rotation done in record time and I was back on my way. Thanks again to them - I will see them again for the next oil change.

  Valvoline caused catastrophic engine failure on my nearly new vehicle, resulting in a total loss. Their insurance is only covering market value, leaving me thousands out of pocket. When I attempted to resolve this with corporate, I was informed no one is allowed to speak with me.

  I had my oil changed and tires rotated about 6 weeks ago and during that time they broke one of my lugnuts. I wasn't happy about it, but the manager came out and said that she would talk to the area manager and they would order the part and replace it for me, so I left satisfied. I never got a call and when I followed up with them and left a message about the situation several weeks later, no one returned my call. It's one thing to break something on my car, but then to lie to me and then ghost me it something totally different. Since then, my husband replaced the part. I will not be returning with any of my three cars for any reason.
