- JMJulia Marie2 days ago1.0I went here for new brakes and rotors. A few months later my car was driving terribly . I brought it somewhere else and apparently mavis didn’t have the correct parts to fix my car and just shoved different things together so they ended up ruining my calipers and a bunch of other things that cost me over 2k to get repaired. I would never go here again.

My husband ran to Macis while I got dressed. When I arrived with his tux they were just pulling the car out. Tire plugged and we were on our way with time to spare! This team listened and acted with urgency and that was so appreciated!!

Timing, quality of work - and I hand over some expensive wheels to be having work done quite frequently! Today I dropped in, completely unannounced with what looked like an M14 Lug sticking out the wife’s tire. Left her on the side of the road in the car as she had all stuff we couldn’t leave behind, brought the tire to Mavis and they’ve just plugged it and made it safe for her, for free. Fully replaced wheel in 30 minutes. She’s happy - I’m happy, everyone is happy. You simply cannot beat that service! Big thanks to Kris in Cornelius too! These guys are the best!

I’ve always used Mavis or NTB because of their tread warranty but this really sold me on coming back more often for certain vehicle needs
