John did the alignment and he made sure it was done correctly this time. He did a great job. Monica is truly an asset to your organization. It seems that your shop is shorthanded but Monica works through it in a professional manner. She communicates with each customer on the progress of their car. She is always courteous.

Maintenance was done incorrectly causing frustrating steering issues during the holiday travel. My morning started off great thanks to Monica who had impeccable customer service throughout the whole maintenance event. The Techs made quick work of a tire balance and alignment check. After months of battling steering issues these guys got the job done right. Thank you Mavis Cornelius for the job well done.

Mavis was not only the most responsive.. they had the tire.. got us in and out.. AND were the best price. Monica at the front is a little ray of sunshine. The tech was so understanding and showed us the damage.. didn’t try to add a bunch of extra fees… just in and out. The location has a Dunkin in walking distance.. and the lobby has internet. Done and done. Thank you guys!!!!

From pleasantly taking my call when securing my appointment to single-handedly running the front of the shop while I was there getting service done, she handled the constant inflow of calls and customers with ease. Monica is knowledgable enough of the automotive technicalities that she puts customers at ease with the services being performed and/or recommended with her explanations and hands-on overviews. Never once did her demeanor ever waiver from welcoming and helpful, even as the IT systems crashed and customers continued piling in the door. As soon as things slowed enough for her to catch her breath, she grabbed the mop and cleaned up the shop to ensure things would look squeaky clean and presentable for the next rush. It's rare, anymore, to experience such customer service and clear dedication to ones profession as I experienced today. Protect her at all costs!

I had an alignment performed. I absolutely had the best customer service as well as job done on my Toyota sienna that I've ever experienced at any tire place or just mechanic in general. My wife and I got there early for our 8:00 appointment and they were all inside washing windows, mopping the floors, I mean class A place. Again I cannot say enough good things about that whole team especially the assistant manager John and Monica that works up front. Thank you Mavis I will be a customer for life.
