  I was traveling out of state, stopped to get gas and I noticed my power steering was hard to make turns, I booked my appointment online, was there when they unlocked the door, Shane and his staff were absolutely wonderful, very very nice, very professional, they went above and beyond to get my car repair done in a timely manner so I could get on my way home. Shane and his staff should be recognized for the outstanding customer service and professionalism.

  EDIT: The patch also failed and I had to get it repaired elsewhere. However Melissa, the store manager, was very quick to address and resolve the issue with my center cap. She ordered me a new cap and refunded me for the failed patch. Bummer. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch the tire - okay great - except the tech basically destroyed my center cap in the process. Clearly didn’t take the time to look up how to properly remove Tesla lug nut covers so I probably won’t be coming back. Casey was great though!

  Goodyear in Cornelius, NC really is a great place. I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency with my car. I didn’t exactly know what the problem was and Goodyear figured out the problem. Thankfully, it was a few loose and missing screws! They could have said it was something more serious and more expensive) but they did not. They were honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa the store manager, Shane the assistant manager and Tim the service manager. I am considering a move to Cornelius and feel confident I have found the place for my car’s needs. Thank you so much Goodyear Cornelius, NC.

  The guys at the desk told me that it would be about 3 hours to be serviced for a tire repair. They looked busy and didn’t give me eye contact when I was asking questions. Overall, my experience was okay.

  I made an appointment to remove a nail from my tire and patch the hole. My appointment was for 12:30 pm and I got there at 12:25 pm. The lady working the front desk sat in the office, refusing to look up from her cellphone while munching on chips until 12:45... I said excuse me, coughed, made noise, no help whatsoever. Once she shuffled over to the front desk, she was impolite. I asked approximately how long it would take and she said TWO HIOURS!!!! TWO HOURS????? This fix should take 45 min max unless 'appointments' are bull crap at good year. She said we have to repair it inside the tire "its the law". BULL! Did you ask where the tire was punctured? No. Moral of the story: never go here. The techs might be alright, but the customer service is very subpar. I never write reviews however this rubbed me very wrong. I would never consider going there again. I hope this helps other folks
