They quickly found the tires I needed, had them shipped from another store, and replaced them the next day. Quick and efficient! The most professional and friendly staff.
- MWMichele WilsonOct 30, 20255.0I was traveling out of state, stopped to get gas and I noticed my power steering was hard to make turns, I booked my appointment online, was there when they unlocked the door, Shane and his staff were absolutely wonderful, very very nice, very professional, they went above and beyond to get my car repair done in a timely manner so I could get on my way home. Shane and his staff should be recognized for the outstanding customer service and professionalism.

However Melissa, the store manager, was very quick to address and resolve the issue with my center cap. She ordered me a new cap and refunded me for the failed patch. Bummer. Had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch the tire - okay great - except the tech basically destroyed my center cap in the process. Clearly didn’t take the time to look up how to properly remove Tesla lug nut covers so I probably won’t be coming back. Casey was great though!

I didn’t exactly know what the problem was and Goodyear figured out the problem. Thankfully, it was a few loose and missing screws! They could have said it was something more serious and more expensive) but they did not. They were honest, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa the store manager, Shane the assistant manager and Tim the service manager. I am considering a move to Cornelius and feel confident I have found the place for my car’s needs. Thank you so much Goodyear Cornelius, NC.
