  Rented a car here and every staff member could not have been less enthused about being there. Horrible attitudes all the way around and the manager himself is pretty dishonest. I told him on my return day that I would be bringing the vehicle back after hours as I am coming back from out of state. He informed that it would not be an issue and there would be no additional charges. I just called and spoke to the SAME person who walked me around the car and told me an after hours drop off would not be a problem but apparently now it is a problem and it's an additional charge. I'm fine with paying but only if that's made clear up front. Had I been tight with money that extra day would not have been feasible and it would put me in a really bad spot. Very unprofessional and very dishonest location!

  My experience with Enterprise location in Cornelius, NC is outstanding. Professionally, helpful, and a genuine interaction. Hamilton and his team always make sure the vehicles I get are super clean, with full gas tank, and everything working as it should, ready to go for me. Not my first rental at this outstanding location, and not my last. Love the after hours drop off. Very convenient with my hectic schedule.

  This is the WORST enterprise. The last 3 times i have tried to book cars there for employees on a company trip, they call me an hour or so before the reservation starts to tell me that they don’t have cars. The guy that called today was a complete jerk. Didn’t even say goodbye. Just told me they didn’t have cars and hung up. Mooresville will now be our main pickup location. Mooresville employees are absolutely wonderful. You would think for a company with a corporate account booking over 300 vehicles a year, we would get better service but nope.

  I’ve been renting from this location almost every week for years, and while the staff is always friendly, I’ve never felt that my loyalty or frequent business has been recognized or appreciated. Despite being a regular customer, I’m consistently told that cars are on hold for others, yet I’m also told each week that vehicles can’t be held for me. As a result, I’m often left with the least desirable options on the lot. It’s frustrating because when I rent from other locations—often while traveling for work—I’m treated with far more consideration due to my rental status. It’s disappointing that the place I rent from most often seems to show the least customer loyalty. I’ve avoided posting this for a long time because this location is the most convenient for my work schedule, but after another experience today where I was offered only two poor options while others received their preferred vehicles, I felt it was time to share my feedback. I truly hope management takes this as constructive criticism. Regular, long-term customers should feel valued and appreciated, not overlooked.
