  Stopped in to inquire bout new tires, spoke with Manager Tyler, he politely answered all my questions, ended with a set of new tires, wheel stud replacement & an alignment at a reasonable price! The entire crew was attentive to their work. Highly recommended!

  I figured I’d give Mavi’s a shot after seeing them open this location. I will never go back to Mavi’s again. I went in to get new tires and an oil change, and I never thought they would operate on my car from 10AM to 5PM. Yes, I understand there are other places that I could’ve gone to, I understand they may have been short staff, but the timeframe was pretty crazy. Price range is also insane. I spent $900, overpriced for what I got. Mind you the car is a 2013 Toyota Corolla. Go somewhere else.

  Went to conover location for rotation. Tech took my drivers front tire off then I was advised they couldn’t rotate my tires cause I had wheel spacers. In process my rim was gouged n scratched. Filed complaint with corporate and the rtm Robert Nagy called me and said he was gonna have my rim repaired. Next Monday Robert Nagy called me again and told me since I used to work at Mavis and he was my rtm then that he is not going to have my rim fixed I’m not asking for a new rim just fix the one your tech messed up. That is not how a business is supposed to be ran

  I called as soon as the store open and I spoke with Tyler, he was very thorough with the information he provided! I sent my car there and told him the issues with my car. They looked at it very thoroughly and informed me on the issues and also informed me of other issues that I didn't know I had. The store usually closes at 5 but they stayed behind and finish my car and I was able to pick it up even if it was three hours after closing time. Thank you Mavis in Conover for your help and your services!!!! I will consider coming to this store for my next oil change!!!

  This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They should have an option for 0 stars. What a TERRIBLE place to purchase tires. The company and employees are crooks. I will continue to tell everyone I know and then some to NEVER use this place. I'll make sure they tell everyone they know too. This place deserves to be shut down even though it just opened. Whatever you do NEVER EVER use Mavis in Conover. This is a PSA. I paid over $500 for 2 front tires and an alignment. We didn't even drive 20,000 miles and the tires are completely bald because they said they did an alignment but never did!!! It shows where the tires are worn down pointing to an alignment issue. The threads on our tires are showing after driving 18,600 miles on a 60,000 mile tire. And now all of a sudden their alignment machine is broken!!! Plus they won't make it right by doing anything about the tires. Sorry crooked company and employees that work there. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take your vehicle here!!! You will be sorry.
