  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the service my car needed and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The team worked efficiently and got my vehicle taken care of faster than I expected. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I really appreciate the honesty and great service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable tire and auto service. I’ll be coming back in the future!

  The First Gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and directed me where I needed to go The two ladies at the front desk have great customer service and answered all my questions I came in for a tire patch and the staff was pretty quick getting it done Normally when I go to auto place weather it be a shop or tire place I feel like I’m out of place but here I felt completely welcome would recommend for anyone that feels out of their comfort zone when doing these type of things They have a nice waiting area and clean lobby as well as places you can set a computer to do work or even charge your phone I love the convenience they have vs any other place I have been to

  Great business that does great work. I purchased 4 tires from a separate entity and had Mavis mount and balance them. I own an older AMG and it has aluminum alloy wheels that are hard to find these days and are quite costly. That being said, I questioned Tyler about their ability to mount these low profile tires without messing up my rims. Tyler assured me that they could do it without an issue and was 100% right. Thanks a lot for taking good care of my "baby"!

  We had some issues after our initial visit at Mavis which had us concerned. We truly did not need to be. our tire was still losing air and the manager made sure to fix it and handled everything with kindness and care. The men working on the vehicles are highly professional and knowledgeable and can also answer any questions you may have. We also thought we had an issue with our bearing on our wheel and instead of just saying okay and having us pay money, they were honest, looked thoroughly and said everything looks, sounds and ran fine! We are appreciative for their honesty and kindness during this situation as it’s made us want to become loyal customers! :)

  I needed a tire and i got there to the Mavis tire in Conover, before they closed at 6 pm..Tyler and Jeffrey stayed really late and made sure i was good to go ,even putting air in all my tires so the tire light would go off before i left.they went above and beyond their duties and were very accommadating to all my worries and needs..very upstanding gentleman to say the least! Kudos to Mavis tire for having such great workers in my time of need..it was an emergency and i appreciate all their time, care and effort to ensure i left in safety! Will definetley spread the word of excellent service and compassion on these guys! Will be back for sure..i at least owe them lunch on me for staying late! Tyvm i feel safe driving now! God bless!
