    I stopped by this Advance Auto Parts to exchange the oil I purchased at another location. I brought a photo of the original receipt since the paper copy was lost. The barcode wasn’t visible, and instead of showing any initiative or effort, the staff immediately told me there was “nothing they could do.” I called the original store myself, and within seconds they provided an internal verification code that this location could have used to confirm the purchase. A simple one-minute call that the employees here never bothered to make. Their refusal wasn’t about policy — it was about effort. As someone who travels full-time and depends on reliable customer support, the lack of willingness to help was extremely disappointing. Another Advance Auto location solved the issue instantly, proving the problem here was not the system, but the attitude. This was an unnecessary and avoidable experience, and it significantly affects my trust in this store.

    Jackob and Jennings were very patient with me for barely knowing what I needed myself and not only helped me find what I needed but also helped me with installation and I am so very grateful. I even asked for the wrong thing at first and was easily able to return it. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to what my car needs and they did not make me feel bad or stupid about it at all! (I may have gotten the second name wrong, I'm sorry sir)
